Kasey Erokhin built The Salon 619 to be the opposite of that appointment. Her clients say it in almost the same words, over and over: “she really listens.” She takes the time to understand what you’re actually asking for, finds pictures with you so you’re both looking at the same goal, and tells you honestly what your hair can and can’t do. One client wrote that Kasey covered all her gray and brought her back to her “normal old self” after breast cancer treatment. The Training Behind the Chair
Kasey trained at Paul Mitchell and then at Vidal Sassoon, the school that essentially invented modern precision cutting. She’s a MUD (Make-up Designory) graduate and a Babe-certified extension specialist, and she spent years doing hair and makeup for film and television, where the work has to hold up under harsh lights and close-up lenses.
That film set background shows up in the chair in practical ways: she’s fast, she’s precise, and she’s seen every hair type, texture, and disaster a call sheet can produce. Two of the people who trusted her with their hair on camera, Richard Dreyfuss and Blythe Danner, said so themselves:

A Note From Kasey
Hi friends and welcome to the website for The Salon, proudly owned and operated by Kasey Erokhin! I am a Paul Mitchell graduate, a Vidal Sassoon graduate, a Make-up Designory graduate, and a Babe extension specialist.
Following school, I made my journey from the East Coast to begin my career in Hollywood’s film industry, specializing in makeup and hair.
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented individuals in the film industry, and I absolutely loved being on set. During this time, I discovered my deep and personal connection to hair. I take pride in transforming people’s hair into its best possible version and have the utmost respect for the canvas of my art.
I will always have a special place in my heart for beauty makeup as well as special effects and would be honored to get you ready for a special event!
I opened The Salon to provide my clientele with the kind of care and services for all things fabulous!

One Chair, No Audience
The Salon 619 is a private studio inside Sola Salon Studios, Suite 15 at 12004 Carmel Mountain Road in Carmel Mountain Ranch. That means when you’re here, you’re the only client in the room. No row of chairs, no stranger watching your color process, no shouting over blow dryers.
For a quick trim that privacy is simply pleasant. For the bigger conversations, the gray you’ve been covering for twenty years, the thinning you’ve noticed, the hair that grew back different after treatment, it changes everything. You can say what you actually want out loud, and be honestly heard, without an audience.

Here’s the promise: whatever you want to do about your gray, Kasey is on your side.
Want to keep covering it? Great. You’ll get rich, dimensional coverage and nobody will ever ask if you’re ready to “embrace your wisdom.” Want to blend it and stretch your salon visits? That’s her specialty. Want to grow it out completely? She’ll build you a plan that skips the skunk stripe, and she’ll be just as invested in your silver as she would be in your color.
Cover it, blend it, or embrace it. All three paths get the same respect here, and the choice stays entirely yours. Too many women have had to shop for a stylist who wouldn’t judge them for going gray, or who wouldn’t treat their standing color appointment like a cash cow. You can stop shopping.
