Highlights and lowlights woven through your gray so it reads as dimension instead of regrowth. No harsh line, 8 to 16 weeks between visits. The middle path for women who are tired of the maintenance but not ready for full silver.

Why a Specialist, and Not Just a Colorist
Gray hair plays by different rules. It’s coarser and often wirier than the hair you’ve had all your life, it resists color, it turns yellow or brassy if the toning is wrong, and it comes in unevenly, a silver streak here, salt-and-pepper there. Managing it well takes several skills at once: coverage formulation, dimensional blending, toning, and cuts that flatter hair whose texture is changing.
Kasey Erokhin trained at Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell and has spent years doing exactly this work, in a private one-on-one studio in Carmel Mountain Ranch. How the Guided Gray Program Works
- A real consultation. You talk, she listens. You’ll leave with a clear plan: which path, what it costs, how often you’ll come in, and what the next 12 months look like. The consultation fee is credited toward your first service.
- The work, in phases. Whether it’s coverage, a blend, or a transition, each visit builds on the plan. No surprises at checkout; every price is published.
- Adjust as you go. Paths aren’t prisons. Plenty of women start with coverage, drift to blending, and eventually go full silver. Some go the other direction. The plan bends with you.
What It Costs
Every service and price is on the pricing page, all of it. As a starting point: root touch-ups from $85, blending sessions from $170, glosses and toners from $85, cuts $100. Your consultation includes an estimate for your specific plan, so you can compare it against what you’re spending now.

No, that’s backwards. The consultation exists to figure out what you want. Bring photos of hair you like, or just bring your frustration. Both work.
No. Cover, blend, or embrace: all three are on equal footing here. The only wrong path is the one you’re doing out of obligation.
It’s common, and it’s workable. Years of box dye may mean a color-correction step before blending or lightening, and Kasey will tell you honestly if that’s your situation and what it costs.
